About Our Program

Beyond Measure Education offers an in-person, culturally responsive, project-based instructional program for students in Pre-K through 12th grade. Our certified educators specialize in supporting neurodivergent and diverse learners through small group learning, hands-on activities, and standards-aligned instruction.

🗓️ Instructional Schedule

**(4 quarters per Year – 8 Weeks Each)

  • PreK–2: Mon/Wed/Thurs – 2:00–3:00 PM

  • Grades 3–5: Mon/Wed/Thurs – 3:00–4:00 PM

  • Grades 6–8: Tues/Thurs – 4:00–5:00 PM

  • Grades 9–10: Mon/Wed – 4:00–5:00 PM

  • Grades 11–12: Mon/Wed – 5:00–6:00 PM

** 2–3 hrs/week of independent reading, writing, and project work.

  • Semester 1: Sept. 15 – Nov. 7 (Tuition Due: Sept. 28, 2025)

  • Semester 2: Nov. 10 – Jan. 23 (Tuition Due: Nov. 3, 2025)

  • Semester 3: Feb. 2 – Mar. 27 (Tuition Due: Jan. 26, 2026)

  • Semester 4: Apr. 6 – May 29 (Tuition Due: Mar. 30, 2026)

📆Breaks:

  • Thanksgiving: Nov. 24–28, 2025

  • Winter: Dec. 22–Jan. 2, 2026

  • Spring: Mar. 30–April 3, 2026

  • Activities/Field Trips: $60

Optional Add-Ons:

  • Tutoring: $59/hr online | $69/hr in-person

  • Test Prep: $85/hr

  • Portfolio Review: $95

  • Late Fee: $75 | Returned Payment: $35

  • 10% off for 3+ courses (Middle/High)

  • 5% Sibling Discount

  • Payment Plan: 50% at registration, 50% by Week 4
